Homeopathy has the power to dissolve those places stuck within us.

Samuel Hahnemann, Aphorism 9

“In the healthy condition of man, the spiritual vital force … can freely employ this living, healthy instrument for the higher purposes of our existence.”

Pagosa Homeopathy’s Mission

Pagosa Homeopathy is a holistically based homeopathic practice dedicated to helping people connect to their natural state of health, happiness and understanding that they may live their full potential.

For some living their full potential may be accomplishing the book they’ve been dreaming on or completing a doctorates…

Yet for many others it may be the simple, yet profound, acts such as waking to a new day with energy to face the world, making a healthy meal for their family, or finding a smile for a loved one.

Not sure if homeopathy is for you?
Let’s talk and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.

Hi! I’m Corrie Stuck, RSHom(NA), LHP

The founder of Pagosa Homeopathy and I’m standing at the feet of giants, literally… pictured here at the Hahnemann Monument in Washington D.C.

Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of homeopathy, became the first foreigner not associated with the American Revolution to be honored with a sculpture in Washington, D.C.

I have a passion for holistic health taking into account all aspects of the human experience.

I was abruptly thrown into my quest for understanding health when I was 20 years old and caring for my first child who had some health challenges. My journey started with an herbalist training program which dovetailed beautifully with my love for nature. I found my joy in wildcrafting herbs and using these to care for my family and friends. About this same time I was first introduced to homeopathy and given a repertory. In my ignorance I stuffed it away on a shelf as I only wanted to use medicines that I could harvest on my own. I was of a very independent, do it myself, mindset back then.

In my search to find answers to our health challenges I found the works of Weston Price, Francis Pottenger Jr, and other greats in nutrition. I rapidly changed our diet to incorporate whole nutrient dense foods and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health and Nutrition.

Ironically, during these days of research I randomly read Chronic Diseases (one of the foundational books in homeopathy by Hahnemann) but it wasn’t until 15 years later that I understood what I had read and how profound it was.

I finally accepted homeopathy when my second daughter, at two years old, had a cold which turned into a frightening respiratory condition. Nothing I tried, herbal or otherwise, helped her.

Thankfully, I called a homeopath asking for help and within minutes of her taking the homeopathic remedy she went from lethargy and shortness of breath to up and playing with her twin brother. I knew I had found the medicine I had been searching for!

After my children grew a few years older, and I recovered from sleep deprivation, I enrolled in homeopathy school. Over a number of years I graduated, became board certified as a classical homeopath, earned credentials recognized worldwide with the North American Society of Homeopaths (RSHom(NA)) and was one of the first 20 people in America to become a Licensed Homeopathic Practitioner (LHP).

I travelled to Tanzania and volunteered for an extended time with Homeopathy for Health in Africa. We saw up to 40 people on the busy days and I knew I wanted to establish similar clinics here in America. This lead to the development of the Pagosa Free Clinic.

I currently supervise students studying with the Academy of Homeopathy Education and interns volunteering with Homeopathy Help Now, an acute care helpline.

And here’s the fun part that I try to fit in as much as possible… I have a love for nature, spirit, family and community connections. Caretaking my land and spending time with my husband and 3 children is my delight.

And I absolutely love running around the woods and waters of Pagosa barefooted.
